Returns

Bought something online, but it’s not what you expected it to be.

You have 2 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Here’s how to return an item:

  1. Send the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories
  2. If available, attach the packing slip that came with the item
  3. If you don’t have the original packing slip, you can sign in to your account, select the order and then print out an Easy Returns Receipt.

In Case Of Pre-Payment:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Remarks:

  • Once your return arrives at us, a nawabpurshop return specialist will inspect the shipment, normally within one day and a credit will be applied to the payment method used on the original order.
    Please Note: Some credit cards may take an additional 2-10 days for the credit to show on your account so allow as much as 14 days for the credit to be applied.

In Case Of Cash On Delivery (COD):

Simply inform the delivery executive of your decision to return the product on arrival. You are entitled to get a No Questions Asked privilege as a valuable client. Shipping

  • Any shipping cost related to the cancellation or delivery of the merchandise will not be covered by No Questions Asked privileged facility.
  • Home delivery for outside Dhaka isn’t available but you can collect the goods from your nearest SA Paribahan and Sundarban Courier offices.
